No pulse with good trigger + good HV = dead FET or dead gate driver. Ringing, a slow collapse, or a much-reduced amplitude = suspect the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;pulse transformer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; — a shock-cracked ferrite core is a known post-grounding failure and it looks perfect to the eye and to a DMM.&lt;br /&gt;
